194‑25 Authorisation to examine books and records etc. (1) The Minister may, in writing, authorise a person to examine and report on the records, books, accounts and other documents of: (a) a private health insurer; or (b) an entity that was a private health insurer at any time in the year ending on the day on which the authorisation is given. (2) A person authorised under subsection (1) must, at all reasonable times, have full and free access to any *premises at which the records, books, accounts and other documents are kept and may take extracts from, or copies of, the records, books, accounts and other documents.
