9 Annual licence fees—the Act, s 14

For the Act, section 14(1), the prescribed fee is—

(a) for private health facilities of any class that provide for the accommodation of patients admitted for more than 24 hours—the fee determined in accordance with the table to this section, or

(b) for other private health facilities—$7,531.
