25 Display of licence—the Act, s 65(2)(a) and (3)

The licensee of a private health facility must ensure at least 1 of the following is displayed conspicuously in the entrance foyer of the facility while the facility is conducted—

(a) the facility’s licence,

(b) the front page of the facility’s licence,

(c) a full-sized copy of the facility’s licence.

Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
