#### 30 Cancellation of licence without notice 30 Cancellation of licence without notice > > (1) The Secretary may cancel the licence for a private health facility (including a licence that is suspended) without holding an inquiry or giving any notice to the licensee— > > > > > (a) if the licensee requests the Secretary in writing to cancel the licence, or > > > > > (b) if the premises to which the licence relates have ceased to be a facility of a class in respect of which the licence was issued. > > > (2) The Secretary may, as he or she thinks fit, notify any person of a decision to cancel a licence under this section.
