#### 28 Applicant to provide information 28 Applicant to provide information > The Minister or a Committee of Review to which an application for review is referred may (as a condition of dealing with the application) require the applicant— > > > (a) to provide the Minister or the Committee (as the case may require) with such additional information as the Minister or the Committee may reasonably require to determine the application, and > > > (b) to allow the Minister or members of the Committee (or a person nominated by the Minister or the Committee) to enter and inspect any premises to which the application for review relates.
