#### 24 Application for review of Secretary’s decision 24 Application for review of Secretary’s decision > > (1) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary in relation to a private health facility may apply to the Minister to review the decision. > > > (2) An application under this section must— > > > > > (a) be in a form approved by the Minister, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by any fee and any particulars and documents prescribed by the regulations in relation to an application under this section in respect of that class of facility, and > > > > > (c) must be made within 30 days after the day on which the person is notified of the decision. > > > (3) On receipt of an application for review, the Minister is to forward the application to the Chairperson of Committees of Review, who is to establish a Committee of Review to advise the Minister on the application.
