sec.86 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension of authority
At any time a suspension of an authority is in force, the chief health officer may, for any reason the chief health officer considers appropriate— cancel the remaining period of the suspension; or reduce the remaining period of the suspension. The chief health officer must immediately give to the authority holder— written notice of the decision; and the authority that was returned by the authority holder to the chief health officer under section 84 (6) . (sec.86-ssec.1) At any time a suspension of an authority is in force, the chief health officer may, for any reason the chief health officer considers appropriate— cancel the remaining period of the suspension; or reduce the remaining period of the suspension. (sec.86-ssec.2) The chief health officer must immediately give to the authority holder— written notice of the decision; and the authority that was returned by the authority holder to the chief health officer under section 84 (6) .
