sec.164 Inclusion of statement in certain licences
The chief health officer may include in a licence mentioned in section 163 the statement mentioned in section 40 (1) (c) . If the chief health officer acts under subsection (1) , section 40 applies as if the licensee asked, in an application to change the licence, for the licence to make the statement.
