sec.160 Proposed additions or alterations
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement day an approval of an addition or alteration given by the chief health officer under section 70 of the repealed division is in force; and the addition or alteration has not been made. The addition or alteration may be made as if this Act had not commenced.
