sec.157 Pending applications
A pending application for a licence to use is taken to be an application for a licence under this Act. A pending application for renewal of an existing licence to use is taken to be an application for renewal under this Act. A pending application for approval to transfer an existing licence to use is taken to be an application for a transfer of a licence under this Act. The provisions of this Act dealing with making an application for a licence or transfer of a licence in the approved form and paying the fee do not apply to the applications mentioned in subsections (1) and (3) . The provisions of this Act dealing with making an application for renewal in the approved form and paying the fee do not apply to the application mentioned in subsection (2) . The following kinds of pending applications are taken to have been withdrawn— a pending application for a licence to erect; a pending application for renewal of an existing licence to erect; a pending application for approval to transfer an existing licence to erect. (sec.157-ssec.1) A pending application for a licence to use is taken to be an application for a licence under this Act. (sec.157-ssec.2) A pending application for renewal of an existing licence to use is taken to be an application for renewal under this Act. (sec.157-ssec.3) A pending application for approval to transfer an existing licence to use is taken to be an application for a transfer of a licence under this Act. (sec.157-ssec.4) The provisions of this Act dealing with making an application for a licence or transfer of a licence in the approved form and paying the fee do not apply to the applications mentioned in subsections (1) and (3) . (sec.157-ssec.5) The provisions of this Act dealing with making an application for renewal in the approved form and paying the fee do not apply to the application mentioned in subsection (2) . (sec.157-ssec.6) The following kinds of pending applications are taken to have been withdrawn— a pending application for a licence to erect; a pending application for renewal of an existing licence to erect; a pending application for approval to transfer an existing licence to erect.
- (a) a pending application for a licence to erect;
- (b) a pending application for renewal of an existing licence to erect;
- (c) a pending application for approval to transfer an existing licence to erect.
