In this part— commencement day means the day on which the provision in which the term is used commences. consent means a written consent, given by the chief health officer to a person who intended to apply for a licence to erect or use under the repealed division, approving the establishment of a private health facility. existing licence to erect means a licence to erect in force immediately before the commencement day. existing licence to use means a licence to use in force immediately before the commencement day. licence to erect means a licence to erect under the repealed division. licence to use means a licence to use under the repealed division.
