sec.147D Disclosure for purpose of Health Transparency Act 2019
Section 147 does not apply to the disclosure of information to any of the following persons who is performing a function under, or relating to the administration of, the Health Transparency Act 2019 — the chief executive; an employee of the department; a contractor who is contracted to provide information and communication technology or information management services to the department. s 147D ins 2019 No. 38 s 73
