sec.14 Suitability of associates
The chief health officer may also have regard to the matters mentioned in section 13 (2) as they apply to an associate of the applicant or authority holder in deciding— for an applicant for an authority—whether the applicant is a suitable person to hold the authority; or for an authority holder—whether the authority holder is a suitable person to continue to hold the authority.
- (a) for an applicant for an authority—whether the applicant is a suitable person to hold the authority; or
- (b) for an authority holder—whether the authority holder is a suitable person to continue to hold the authority.
