sch.1-sec.30 Who this part applies to
This part applies to private employment agents— whose business includes seeking work for models and performers; or who are managers of models and performers. A private employment agent to whom this part applies must comply with this part and part 2 . In this section— manager means a manager within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 , section 408C . (sch.1-sec.30-ssec.1) This part applies to private employment agents— whose business includes seeking work for models and performers; or who are managers of models and performers. (sch.1-sec.30-ssec.2) A private employment agent to whom this part applies must comply with this part and part 2 . (sch.1-sec.30-ssec.3) In this section— manager means a manager within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 , section 408C .
- (a) whose business includes seeking work for models and performers; or
- (b) who are managers of models and performers.
