sch.1-sec.28 Availability of code
A private employment agent must— ensure a copy of this code is always available at the private employment agent’s place of business for perusal on request; or if a copy is not available at the private employment agent’s place of business—immediately tell a person who asks to see the code where the person can obtain a copy. Maximum penalty—14 penalty units.
