sch.1-sec.27 Identification of agent in publications
A private employment agent must ensure that each publication published by, or for, the agent includes the following particulars— the name under which the agent carries on the business of a private employment agent; the address at which the agent carries on business; the telephone number of the business. Maximum penalty—14 penalty units.
- (a) the name under which the agent carries on the business of a private employment agent;
- (b) the address at which the agent carries on business;
- (c) the telephone number of the business.
