#### 13A Permitted disclosure of credit information by commercial credit providers For subparagraph 21D(2)(a)(i) of the Act, a credit provider is prescribed if: (a) the credit provider discloses credit information; and (b) the disclosure is made in connection with the provision of commercial credit.
