#### 66 Personal liability of Privacy Commissioner and others 66 Personal liability of Privacy Commissioner and others > A matter or thing done (or omitted to be done) by the Privacy Commissioner, a member of the staff of the Privacy Commissioner, a member of the Information and Privacy Advisory Committee or a person acting under the direction of the Privacy Commissioner does not, if the matter or thing was done (or omitted to be done) in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act or any other Act, subject the Privacy Commissioner, the member of staff, the member of the Information and Privacy Advisory Committee or the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand. > > **s 66:** Am 2002 No 71, Sch 3 \[20\]; 2010 No 71, Sch 1 \[14\].
