> > (1) Despite any other provision of this Act, the following are not required to comply with the information privacy principles—

> > > (a) the Independent Commission Against Corruption,
> >
> > > (b) the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the staff of the Inspector,
> >
> > > (c) the Independent Gaming and Liquor Authority under the [Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-091),

> > > (d) the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission,
> >
> > > (e) the Inspector of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission and the staff of the Inspector,
> >
> > > (f) the New South Wales Crime Commission,
> >
> > > (g) the NSW Independent Casino Commission,
> >
> > > (h) the NSW Police Force.
