83D Office of the Information Commissioner to report to Integrity Oversight Victoria on issue of notice to produce or attend S. 83D(1) amended by No. 31/2024 s. 113(Sch. 1 item 26.3). (1) Within 3 days after the issue of a notice to produce or attend, the Information Commissioner must give a written report to Integrity Oversight Victoria specifying— (a) the name of the person to whom the notice relates; and (b) the reasons why the notice was issued. S. 83D(2) inserted by No. 31/2024 s. 57, amended by No. 31/2024 s. 113(Sch. 1 item 26.3). (2) Within 3 days after the issue of a notice under section 83B varying or revoking a notice to produce or attend, the Information Commissioner must give a written report to Integrity Oversight Victoria specifying— (a) the notice to produce or attend to which the variation or revocation relates; and (b) the reasons why the notice to produce or attend was varied or revoked; and (c) in the case of a variation, the nature of the variation.
