44 Approval of arrangement not required if information use otherwise permitted To avoid doubt, nothing in this Division requires an organisation to seek approval of an information usage arrangement if the collection, holding, management, use, disclosure or transfer of personal information is expressly permitted by or under this Act or another enactment.
