34 Amendment of public interest determination S. 34(1) amended by No. 20/2017 s. 106(5). (1) The organisation may apply to the Information Commissioner for the approval of an amendment to the public interest determination. (2) Sections 29(2) to (6), 31, 32 and 33 apply to an application under subsection (1)— (a) as if a reference to a public interest determination were a reference to the amendment in respect of which approval is sought; and
