109 Information Commissioner may copy or take extracts from data
Despite anything to the contrary in any other Act (other than the **Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006**) or law, the Information Commissioner may make copies of, or take extracts from, any data or document accessed under section 106, 107 or 108.
