#### 80TA Simplified outline of this Part Certain provisions, information and matters are subject to monitoring under Part 2 of the Regulatory Powers Act. Certain provisions are subject to investigation under Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act. Civil penalty orders may be sought under Part 4 of the Regulatory Powers Act from a relevant court in relation to contraventions of civil penalty provisions. If a relevant court has determined, or will determine, under the Regulatory Powers Act that an entity has contravened certain civil penalty provisions of this Act, the court may make other orders in the proceeding. Infringement notices may be given under Part 5 of the Regulatory Powers Act for alleged contraventions of certain provisions. Undertakings to comply with the provisions of this Act may be accepted and enforced under Part 6 of the Regulatory Powers Act. Injunctions under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act may be used to restrain a person from contravening a provision of this Act or to compel compliance with a provision of this Act.
