#### 49B Transfer of complaints from the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security
An individual is taken to have complained to the Information Commissioner under subsection 36(1) in respect of action taken by ACC or the Australian Federal Police if the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security transfers all or part of the complaint to the Information Commissioner under section 32AG of the Inspector‑General of Intelligence and Security Act 1986.
