Updates the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984 by replacing the Schedule that lists the state and territory Acts used for interstate prisoner-transfer arrangements. It takes effect on the day it is notified in the Gazette and the amendment is incorporated into the authorised 1984 Order. This affects state and territory correctional authorities and the Department of Justice by changing which local statutes are treated as the interstate counterparts for transfer procedures, and therefore alters which laws govern how transfers are authorised and administered.
