Tasmania regulation
This order adds the Australian Capital Territory's Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1993 to Schedule 1 of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984, so the Principal Order's interstate transfer rules can operate with ACT law (s4). It takes effect on Gazette notification (s2) and is made by order‑in‑council; administratively, the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations will treat the ACT Act as a recognised interstate law for prisoner transfers (s1–4).
