#### 87 Employees (1) An R&D Corporation may engage such employees as it considers necessary for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers. (2) The terms and conditions of employment are to be determined by the Corporation. (3) A person must not be employed by the Corporation on terms and conditions as to remuneration that: (a) in the case of a person employed on a full‑time basis—are more favourable than the terms and conditions as to remuneration on which the Executive Director has been appointed; or (b) in the case of a person employed on a part‑time basis—are more favourable, when considered on a pro rata basis, than the terms and conditions as to remuneration on which the Executive Director has been appointed.
