48 Presiding at meetings
(1) The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present. (2) If the Chairperson is not present at a meeting and the Deputy Chairperson is present, the Deputy Chairperson is to preside. (3) If the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are not present at a meeting, the directors present are to appoint one of their number to preside.
