36 Spending of amounts equal to marketing collected amounts
For the purposes of subsection 18(7) of the Act, in relation to the declared pig industry body and the pig industry, the following matters are prescribed: (a) strategic policy development that is for the benefit of the pig industry and is in accordance with the body’s funding agreement; (b) any other activities that are for the benefit of the pig industry and are in accordance with the body’s funding agreement.
