31 Spending of amounts equal to marketing collected amounts

For the purposes of subsection 18(7) of the Act, in relation to the declared meat industry body and the meat and livestock industry, the following matters are prescribed: (a) payments for a purpose connected with the setting of standards relating to the classification or classification language of livestock meat, livestock meat products, livestock meat by‑products or edible offal for the meat and livestock industry; (b) payments for the purpose of managing a grading system on a meat and livestock industry‑wide basis; (c) payments for the purpose of managing safety and hygiene of livestock meat, livestock meat products, livestock meat by‑products or edible offal on a meat and livestock industry‑wide basis.
