16 Spending of amounts equal to general collected amounts

For the purposes of subsection 20(2) of the Act, in relation to the declared dairy industry body and the dairy industry, the following matters are prescribed: (a) marketing activities that are for the benefit of the dairy industry and are in accordance with the body’s funding agreement; (b) research and development activities that are for the benefit of the dairy industry and are in accordance with the body’s funding agreement; (c) strategic policy development that is for the benefit of the dairy industry and is in accordance with the body’s funding agreement; (d) any other activities that are for the benefit of the dairy industry and are in accordance with the body’s funding agreement.
