88 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of the Minister’s powers or functions under this Act (except section 41 or 90) or the rules to: (a) the Secretary; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department. (2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.
