71 Disclosure to foreign governments etc. for export, trade and other purposes
An entrusted person may disclose relevant NRS information to a foreign government, an authority or agency of a foreign government or an international body of an intergovernmental character, for the purposes of: (a) the export of goods; or (b) managing Australia’s international relations in respect of trade; or (c) giving effect to Australia’s international obligations.
