70 Disclosure to authorities of the Commonwealth, a State or Territory

An entrusted person may disclose relevant NRS information to an authority of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory if: (a) the authority is responsible for the monitoring or regulation of agricultural or veterinary chemical residues and contaminants in NRS products or in the environment; and (b) the disclosure is for the purpose of such monitoring or regulation or the management of associated risks.
