61 Recoverable payments—payment of debt

(1) If Plant Health Australia receives payments under section 58, Plant Health Australia must apply the payments in making a payment of a debt (if any) mentioned in subsection 86(2), to the extent that the debt arose because of a purported payment under section 58 to Plant Health Australia. (2) Plant Health Australia must do so before applying the payments under section 58 in accordance with the fifth priority in section 59.
