49 Administrative Review Tribunal review of decisions
Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions: (a) a reviewable decision that is made by the Secretary personally; (b) a decision under subsection 48(6) that is made, or a decision under subsection 48(10) that is taken to have been made, by the Secretary or internal reviewer.
