29 Disclosure to Commonwealth entities

Staff members of the Australian Bureau of Statistics (1) An entrusted person may disclose relevant levy/charge information, or provide electronic access to relevant levy/charge information, to a staff member of the Australian Bureau of Statistics if the disclosure or access is for the purposes of assisting the Bureau to perform its functions or duties or exercise its powers. Staff members of prescribed Commonwealth entities (2) An entrusted person may disclose relevant levy/charge information, or provide electronic access to relevant levy/charge information, to a staff member of a Commonwealth entity prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this subsection if the disclosure or access is for the purposes of assisting the entity to undertake agricultural research or develop agricultural policy or both.
