14 Refund of amounts
(1) If a person overpays any of the following amounts, the Commonwealth must refund to the person an amount equal to the overpayment: (a) an amount of levy or charge; (b) an amount that a collection agent, under the rules, is liable to pay as mentioned in paragraph 10(1)(a); (c) an amount that a person is liable to pay by way of penalty under section 9 or 11. (2) This section has effect subject to section 15.
