63‑3 Rate of the levy
(1) The rate of the levy on sweet potatoes is worked out using this table.

(2) The value of sweet potatoes is: (a) for sweet potatoes that are sold—the sale price of the sweet potatoes; or (b) for sweet potatoes that are processed—the market value of the sweet potatoes on the day the sweet potatoes begin to be processed.
Note: Section 22 of the Act has the effect that the reference to the sale price of sweet potatoes is taken not to include the net GST.
