16‑5 Application provisions
(1) Paragraph 16‑1(1)(a) applies in relation to whole milk that is delivered to a processing establishment on or after 1 July 2025, whether the milk is produced before, on or after that day. (2) Paragraph 16‑1(1)(b) applies in relation to whole milk that is sold on or after 1 July 2025, whether the milk is produced before, on or after that day. (3) Paragraph 16‑1(1)(c) applies in relation to whole milk that is processed on or after 1 July 2025, whether the milk is produced before, on or after that day.
