Mares (1) The levy imposed by subclause 12‑6(1) is payable by the breeder who lodged the mare return or on whose behalf the mare return was lodged. Stallions (2) The levy imposed by subclause 12‑6(2) is payable by the breeder who lodged the declaration of service or on whose behalf the declaration of service was lodged.
