- A notice in writing that is required or permitted by or under section 18 of the Act to be given to the Tribunal, shall be given by delivering the notice to a member of the staff assisting the Tribunal in attendance at the office of the Tribunal situated at 4 Treasury Place, East Melbourne, Victoria, at a time when that office is open for business.
