23E Application for renewal of approval of electronic collar system
(1) A manufacturer of an electronic collar system may apply for renewal of an approval granted under regulation 23C.
(2) Regulations 23A, 23B, 23C and 23D apply to an application for renewal of an approval granted under regulation 23C as if a reference in those regulations to approval of an electronic collar system were a reference to renewal of an approval of an electronic collar system.
