23D Expiry of approval of electronic collar system
(1) An approval granted under regulation 23C is valid for the period not exceeding 3 years specified in the notice.
(2) Despite subregulation (1), if a person applies for the renewal of an approval at least 60 days before the day on which it expires, the approval remains valid until the Minister determines the application for renewal.
