130 Change of nominated person
(1) If the holder of a scientific procedures field work licence wants to change the person nominated for the purposes of section 27(1A) of the Act the licence holder must do so by notice in writing to the Department Head.
(ii) the contact details for the person including the telephone number, email and address of the person;
(iii) the date of the change of person;
