117 Change of nominated person
(1) If the holder of a scientific procedures premises licence wants to change the person nominated for the purposes of section 26(2) of the Act, the licence holder must do so by notice in writing to the Department Head.
(ii) the contact details for the person including telephone number, email and address of the person;
(iii) the effective date of the change to the nominated person;
