103 Motor vehicles in arena
(1) The holder of a rodeo licence, rodeo permit or rodeo school permit must ensure that no motor vehicle is present in the arena while the rodeo or rodeo school is being held, unless the vehicle is required in an emergency.
(2) Without limiting subregulation (1), emergency includes a situation in which an animal is injured and cannot be transported without motor vehicle assistance.
