36J Department Head may take action where notice not complied with (1) The Department Head may do anything necessary to carry out any action that a person is directed to take by a notice under this Division, if the person fails to take the action within the time specified in the notice. (2) The Department Head may recover, from the person to whom the notice was directed, any reasonable costs of taking action under subsection (1) as a debt due to the Crown in a court of competent jurisdiction.
