36F Requirements for seizure of things and taking samples (1) Division 7 of Part 2A applies to the seizure of a thing under this Part as if a reference in that Division— (a) to Part 2A (however described) were a reference to this Part; and (2) Division 8 of Part 2A applies to a proposal by an authorised officer to take a sample from an animal or thing under this Part as if a reference in that Division— (a) to that Division or to Part 2A (however described) were a reference to this Part; and Division 4—Notices S. 36G inserted by No. 60/2015 s. 47.
